I have purchased off of Ebay a new replacement wheel truck assembly to correct the broken assembly. I have no idea how the wheel truck became damaged because the shipping container was in very good condition and the Lionel box the DOW tank car came from Lionel was in excellent condition. Anyway I will correct the broken parts at my own expense.
