I try very hard to remove the items from the eBay store when I sell elsewhere, but sometimes I forget. So very sorry I was out of stock, however there were several other listings of the smuckers plates listed on eBay so I'm not going to accept the responsibility of any loss of money as he has blamed me for. I gave him a full refund, including postage :) I don't feel I deserved this negative feedback.

But I think it would be a lot safer to use a bigger box and more foam for the 2 heavy crystal lamps. One lampshade has a big tear inside that was not disclosed and not shown in the listing pictures. It may not be important since it is not visible from the outside, but it should have been mentioned. So the purchase experience is not perfect but positive overall.
