    As listed, the box of the item itself was damaged but the contents inside were in brand new condition! Unfortunately, the motorized portion of the track was broken out of the box. The seller was very understanding of this complication and was quick to respond and provide a solution. The item was damaged out of the factory but the seller was kind and took care of the issue.
