He purchased a used item, its in the description and it arrived on time. Did he expect me to send him a new one at this discounted price? Did he expected it to be pretty? Its an ECU it needs to be programmed like all the rest. It either works or it doesn't. In this case it worked or else he would have returned it, visually the item doesn't show any signs of damage its just a 64 dollar ecu, really no need for the negative but thanks
