Although he thought that it had obverse rim damage, many if not most of the Haitian pieces in the 1813-50 period were imperfectly struck and come this way. Overall, it's a nice VF example of this type which is also hard to locate. Petions 12 and 25 centimes from about a decade earlier are much more common
