When it arrived I was asked to pay an additional $382., so I er $600 US for a $200 item. So, I refused delivery after contacting seller. Also filed disputes with PayPal and eBay. Guess what? I'm out $400! Pretty tough for a person on small retirement pension (ss retirement). UPS got it wrong. No one should pay $600 for a $200 item
