They said it was probably the order they DROPPED in a rush.. lol.. and continued to send it! Camera was broken when arrived. Seller said they would send a return label.. communication hasn’t been professional at all and i still haven’t gotten the return label either.

One of the input jacks were broken loose, and the faceplate was bent on the rack ears. They did say that it was untested, so no wonder that 5 of the 6 channels do not work properly.
