I contacted the seller and what they say about 99% feedback is a scam because they never answered me and I’m currently waiting on my money back. Instead of understanding the impact, the seller responded with hostility and refused to take accountability. Very disappointing experience — poor communication, lack of professionalism, and no regard for customer service. Would not purchase from again.
