    I received my boots today in perfect condition. The appearance of the boot is new as described by the seller. Unfortunately one of the boots has really loose grain. Not the sellers fault. Surprised it passed as factory firsts. It is a discontinued boot and they fit great so I am not going to return them and overall happy with my purchase. Thank you for the smooth transaction.
