The climate control panel picture that they posted on their listing was not anywhere close to what I received and or expected. The listing photo showed a black climate control panel that looked to be in very clean and in good condition. What I received was a gray climate control panel that was dirty, buttons worn, and a cracked knob. I was needing this part asap. It has taken nearly about a month to get my money refunded to back to me.
