Old batteries left in unit that had exploded. Item description says: "Please note that all items are tested and working before listing," This is clearly not true. Even a cursory exam would have shown that there were dead exploded batteries left in, and any test would have heard the godawful loud shrill endless squeal with new batteries. The description is dishonest
