While not difficult, it takes a real effort to insert and remove the case from the frame, so it is hard to imagine a scenario where it might slide out of the frame accidentally. (Maybe while bungee jumping?). I’ve always been a fan of camera pistol grips, and this rig is no exception. The ability to firmly hold the grip with both hands and gently squeeze the shutter release results in significantly sharper photos in low light conditions.
