    The listing says "Used and tested". The item was Dead on Arrival and not in working order. It could have been from the fact that it was shipped in a USPS padded mailer, without an anti-static bag. Regardless, it was dead. I communicated that it was unfunctional and asked for a refund. The seller never respond directly to my messages. I paid about $40 shipped for the item, the seller initiated a refund of $3 hoping I would just accept without checking amount. Beware of this seller.
