When explained I was displeased as now I'd have to jump through all the hoops to ship back, seller resorted to blaming others and then being condescending and rude. Offered up zero solutions other than "if you don't like it, return it". Item that was shipped was also packaged horribly for transit (loose cart in original box bouncing around inside another box. Zero care after they have your money seems the program). Gave him several options. The only one he wanted was a free item. Complained in multiple messages how hard it was to send the item back. Yeah it was our mistake. I offered a full refund upon return. Even sent a label. Then offered 10 off the item he received and a discount on the correct item since it was so hard for him to send back. Buyer called me obscene names because a 16 yr old made a mistake. Do better.
