I contacted the seller. The best he could do as a refund is 50% back. He also asked me to take the damaged boot to my local cobblers. Even if the boots weren’t broken I still wouldn’t have been happy, as in my opinion the boots were of poor quality. To get my money back I contacted the EBay help team who were great.
