Not recommended for sleep wear as the penis can pop out left, right & even top vents; penis up sleeve does not go low enough to contain penis in up position. Also, the top of sleeve allows the penis to come out when erect (which happens 5-6 times for all males when they sleep). I am not that big...so it really should not be peaking out of top vent.
