    As far as the TX and the seller, everything is perfect. The item itself (not related in any way to this TX)....its just not a great WIFI 7 card apparently, and unfortunately. Driver support is questionable and performance is wildly mediocre. There is also a gnarly coil whine when powered up. On both of my units so it must be a manufacturing defect.
