SHE DOES NOT KNOW THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN HIKING BOOTS AND WORK BOOTS. they were advertised as work shoes like my old ones on the right, the ones i got shipped are hiking boots. they are also MUCH SMALLER than my size 8 work boot. i am very disappointed and will never order from her again! watch out for this seller. she doesnt take returns either!!! Buyer messaged after boots had been shipped asking if they were steel toe. They are not and were not advertised as such. The style name and style code were listed as well. This were not advertised as being the same as the buyers old work boots. I was never contacted about returning the boots only a message where the buyer admitted fault for not checking the listing before buying.
