He informed me of a minor issue he found when we tested it in person it was functional it just sometimes keys would not register input when booting up fixed it by updating drivers of laptop so in terms of value. Overall satisfied with my purchase. So WWW recommends NOT to update anything for the PC and not to copy anything from the PC purchased.
