Item arrived in a soft padded bag, wrapped in cling wrap with no protection around it. See photos. As a result book was damaged with a massive fold in the top cover. Contacted seller for a refund or at least partial refund, because his carelessness in packaging the item lead to it being damaged. Seller refused to accept responsibility for how it was packaged and refund, instead inferred I was trying to scam him over $18. As a person who has been scammed with a partial refund requests previously, without wanting to return the item, I'm hesitant to refund without getting the item back with me. I'm sure you would be the same if you were on the recieving end of this type of SCAM!
