It's not real Topaz, don't buy it if that's what you want. I tested the gem with my Presidium, and it's glass. It's lovely, shiny glass, but it's still glass. It's also much, MUCH smaller than the picture- and won't work for the project I wanted it for. If a pretty paperweight is what you want, go for it.
