I understand part of that, but I had to print a label for other buyer, mail it, and then WAIT for the other person to finally send my order. It was a gift and arrived late. Lastly, I had to keep contacting seller for status of my purchase, as I couldn't contact the other buyer myself. AND i couldn't give you any tracking as the woman had not mailed it because of the family emergency. The INCONVEINCE that was out our control. Refund was given!
