    Item is what is describe. However, shipping delay occur where item arrived late. There is also an issue when the package did arrive, USPS needed me to pay a “postage due”, before I can have the package. So, something went wrong somewhere when the seller shipped it to me, and when it arrived, I still needed to pay the postage fee despite the seller had cover it when shipping it out. While seller and I was very communicated, about the postage issue, at the same time I’m not completely happy.

    I’m sorry that you’ve experienced this. Yes you did prepay for shipping and I’ve applied the full cost of the shipment to ship the item to you with the exact amount via USPS and also provided you the receipt as proof. I don’t know why your local USPS charged you again for shipping cost. I’ve recommended to you that you file a dispute claim with your local Post Office. I have no control on this and I’ve acted in good faith.
