But every time I tried to use Dell's restore feature, on a USB drive, to load the original OS, it wouldn't work, just shut down. I finally took a look at the F2 information & found the Date and time weren't set. It had to fail twice before I replaced the CMOS battery. Now it works as it should. Overall, it's a nice microff PC for its size, it'll do anything a huge desktop will, but remember it's a business PC.
