    Seller did not adequately pack item so it broke in transit. Seller tried to blame UPS and file a claim but UPS denied the claim as there was no damage to the box. Seller had very high shipping price and did not double box an item that contained glass. Instead seller reused a TV box and one single layer of bubble wrap. When asked for a partial refund of the price to repair the item seller offered $35.00. Shipping price was over $130.00 alone.

    1) buyer demanded $100 for $45 item, offered partial refund if kept based on item value or full refund if returned, ebay also instructed item to be returned, buyer refused both to return item (per request) and refund. 2) shipping price is based on size, weight and distances item travels (clear across the US), knowing high price item was still bought. 3) single layer of bubble wrap used is incorrect, it was more like 30-50 sq ft of 1/2" bubble wrap (4-8 layers) + equal amount clear shipping wrap,
