I understand that the seller cannot control the shipping, but when you see the tracking and it has not left the origin location for 4 days and it goes past first delivery date when you listed 2-4 day shipping, then after 10 days you let them know that you have not received the package, and all they do is send you the same thing you see for tracking (same location for 4 days). NEVER AGIN WITH THIS SELLER. I learned my lesson.
