- a***a (179)- Feedback left by buyer.Past 6 monthsVerified purchaseSeller listed item for sale and stated shipping would be late. She than did not respond to my messages so I had to report to ebay. The seller did refund me my money, but stopped communicating. The item was relisted and 5 days later the seller cancelled the sale. I do not think the seller should be listing items for sale she does not have in possession to sell. Very disappointing and strange behavior for ebay. I tried to appease the buyer, by offering a cancellation/refund, to avoid them waiting. Buyer agreed to wait and refused to cancel the order. The buyer sent a message on a Tuesday evening, I responded the next morning, and two minutes later they opened a case stating that they did not receive the item or any correspondence from me, after communicating with me for days. I do not think a seller should list an item for sale if they do not have it in possession and are unable to sell it. I am not a fan of sharing negative feedback, but this is very strange behavior and I would not want others to put out large sums of money and have this happen to.
