The whole buying process was super painless with this seller, and that's strange to say considering there was a major problem. Long story short an amp came DOA from shipment damage. This seller went above and beyond what I could imagine to resolve the problem. They didn't give me another used replacement, they gave me a brand new amp factory sealed! I would recommend this seller for a positive experience if you need anything they have. If it's not right to begin with it will be fixed, and fast!
