The item I ordered was described as new, but came to me not in the best condition. They were dirty and the straps were stretched as if someone with very wide feet had worn them. But when I reached out to customer service, they handled everything very nicely, no problems with returning as long as I had pictures to prove the problem with the item. Not sure how I felt about the picture proving part though. As it was stated we can return within the time slot provided 🤔
