Ebay was in holiday mode saying deliveries would be delayed and auto reply to messages on, I had booked DX to come and they didn't show, As soon as you said you preferred a refund instead of the part being delivered by another courier we refunded straight away. I am sorry you are unhappy but I have tried to help and exaggerated feedback doesn't help anyone
