This is a counterfeit Stanley Quencher, and I only realized after buying multiple authentic items in person and comparing them side by side. The item shipped by the seller has many, many differences from the authentic item, and it’s impossible to unsee after you see it!
I contacted the seller to kindly notify them of their perhaps inadvertent resale of fakes and request refund, which they denied. It was past the return window that I realized I had been scammed.

Horrible customer service. Did reach out to seller verbiage such as "anyway" and "what do you expect" was used as I only wanted to exchange or refund; when the item came damaged. I did make the seller aware of an incident where a classmate knocked my daughter's cup over and broke the plastic prong to the lid dispenser. I was more than willing to assume a deduction for the damage. Seller upon their first response was rude and neglected to assume responsibility for the original issue.

Buyer wanted a refund for the item that she broke after having it for 3 weeks. How is that rude on my part. I can't refund someone that broke an item and wanted a refund for that.
