This was an oversight. I wish the buyer had asked for combined postage before paying, or asked for a refund after paying, neither of which happened. Normally I would have made a partial refund anyway of my own volition, but I was away from home for a few days after posting and by the time I got home had forgotten. I could still have made amends and avoided this bad feedback if the buyer had contacted me at anytime before leaving it... 6 weeks after the sale! Refund now sent.
