International sale. I shipped to a freight broker who forwarded the item to the buyer. The freight broker who received the item from me did not say there was any damage to the item when they received it. Buyer did not attempt to resolve the issue prior to leaving negative feedback. I've been an Ebay seller for twenty years and have never received negative feedback until now from a buyer with a zero feedback rating. Buyer is eligible for a refund from Ebay. No reason to leave negative feedback.
