I ordered 4 spools with the # 435721 and was charged nearly $90. Instead, I received 13 spools with the #435714. These spools are not usable with my weed eater. I have contacted the seller: "mjnwine" She was bold in her writings back to me, stating that she packed the 4 spools herself. She refused to look within her business to identify a problem. I was going to ship the wrong spools back to her, which would cost me $20. She explicitly wrote that she would not refund my monies.
