Item not received. Tracking number provided by seller shows as delivered. According to the POST OFFICE, the package was not addressed to my address nor my name.
Seller apparently uses a supplier who sends on their behalf. I asked seller to check what address it was sent to but the response was “it was delivered to the correct address” yet would not state which address it was sent to.
I gave them a chance to make it right but they failed.
