As far as the pants go, we almost always just sell clothes the exact way they are sent to us. They do sometimes have tags ripped off or develop a unique smell from the warehouses but that’s why we are able to discount them. If you want flawless then I recommend you pay full price and order straight from the company.

The seller described the item as new without tags, but this is not true. The pants has a very special chemical smell. I even scared to keep them at home.

So sorry that you weren’t satisfied with your item. I can assure you they were new without tags but as we have described in our description, we buy our clothing in bulk so many times the clothing will set in a warehouse for a long time before we receive them. Therefore tags get ripped off and some of the clothing can have an unusual smell. We try to catch it before selling it but mistakes happen of course which is why we are always willing to take the item back and offer a 100% refund.
