They sent me the wrong item - not the one I purchased even though I messaged them beforehand and confirmed the item pictured is exactly the one that would be sent... they said yes but it was not.
They sent me a different autograph (yes by the same artist but not the signature I wanted). When I reached out, they admitted they were wrong and said it was a shipping mistake and offered a discount - which I never received.
