I ordered a 31" belt. I wear between a 29 & 31 inch and expected the belt to fit. But it was way way small and I could not even get the first belt notch close to connecting. I feel I should be able to return the product if the wrong size was sent, that was not my fault. So I'm unhappy about the return policy and getting a wrong sized belt.
The belt itself is wonderful and looks well made.
I calculated that I need a belt that is between 4-6 inches longer than what was sent.
