Shipping was great and the mugs were packaged carefully with no breakage. The mugs were in used condition, so I did not expect perfection, but they weren't very clean- there were bits of dried food and some grease on them. I planned on washing them before use anyways, but there was a little yuck factor right out of the box. Definitely not a deal breaker, but a thorough wash wouldn't have taken long.
