I'm really disappointed with a charity organization that caused me a lot of stress during such an important event in my life – my graduation. I ordered a gown, and it arrived a few days before my graduation with a missing belt. When I contacted them about it, they responded very poorly and were late in doing so. When I asked for a refund for the cost of the belt, they kept giving me the runaround. Due 2 the word count can’t explain further. QUESTION Is this a charity shop to hlp poor peple 😢😭
