I knew the buyer was international so (well before) in messaging I asked the buyer to please confirm the part number matches their application. Later they purchased and it ended up being the wrong part. Ebay compatibility was used as well as Volvo part search info. Buyer chose a 3rd party shipper and not Ebay international shipping. Obviously, the part number was not researched and as a result a wrong part ordered. They felt they needed to give us negative feedback because of their error.
