I got no problems answering questions. Only when buyers report a case to eBay before messaging the seller first to find out what happen. Secondly it was clearly displayed that the post office had it in the tracking. I cannot control the spend at which the post office takes to deliver anything. Claiming an item is late is a false claim since that was out of my control how long the post office took to deliver it.
