Item shown & described as having original case. Item arrived without case. Asked for a refund asking was it just a mistake or worst case a misrepresentation of the actual item being sold. Grandmother collects the spoons but only with cases which was why I thought it was a great deal, unfortunately partly missing now. If it was a mistake grand and open communication then with the seller of the issue which could be resolved. However I was verbally abused, threatened and a libel comment made to me.
