Beautiful small wavecrest decorative urn with metal base and handles. Color unlike photo, but more to my liking in pale blue tint. I was told it was open and could function as a vase for dried flowers. It is not. It's closed like most decorative urns, so I can't use it as I originally intended. But it's still beautiful. I'll just have to jerry-rig the dried bouquet?
