The unit as received wasn't really pretty, and the power wire was cut at the center connector (which necessitated using the one off my old/bad unit) but the seller took the time to put dust caps in the inlet and outlet ports and it was very securely packaged.
So far, once installed, it has worked well, so I got what I paid for. 4 stars.
