Packed well in a box with a custom foam cutout and shipped promptly. The construction is high quality. The brass-colored screws that are both the moving contacts and the contact spacing adjustments seem a little loose in their threaded holes, like maybe the holes were tapped ever so slightly too large, but the tension springs around them keep them in adjustment, so they actually work fine. I'm really happy with how the key attaches to the TX-500. The angle is just right. Great portable setup.
