I ordered a Ph meter, unfortunately it was missing the battery cover. I contacted the seller who first offered a discount, then suggested I taped the batteries in or sourced a cover locally. The seller advertised "returns accepted" but was very reluctant to do so, in the end I was given a full refund. I think the issue was resolved fairly and honourably, but we are both disappointed because thing didn't go smoothly, neither of us got what we wanted, but we are both older and wiser.
