I had not hooked it up correctly. I would deal with them again. Great Quality, great Value, everything looked great. Thanks again for your patience.

I ordered what was supposed to be (and did appear to be) a new one, but within days, it too quit working! They immediately apologized and offered another refund. Lesson learned the Fitbit Versa 4 is garbage!!!
