This is an issue with USPS. The item was shipped to the address on file. USPS is aware of the issue and the package is still on the way to you. Not sure why I am receiving negative feedback for something USPS messed up on and is correcting. Buyer was notified and said "okay sounds good" Then precedes to open a did not receive when its still on the way from USPS. I have notified ebay of this buyer.
