Sold me a dirty, heavily used laptop which was boxed and packaged like it was brand new and it was listed as "new: open box" basically fooled me into paying for a used laptop and now the seller will not communicate back with me or give a refund. Will never buy from this person ever again. Buyer beware, it seems they have a history of selling used items under the guise of it being "open box" and if you run into any issues, don't expect the seller to get back to you.
